Suggestions for improvement
- I would only may one suggestion, and that would be to improve communication. However, perhaps I was not the correct fit and someone else may not need this.
What I like about the company
this office is extremely fast past but very low key, the dress code is very relaxed and the employees all worked together as a team in order for the firm to maintain its status in the Workers' Comp. field. There is a lot of diversity within the staff, which allowed the younger workers to observe the older workers in a low stress environment and learn. Each day was different no two days were exactly alike.
What I dislike about the company
The rules, or the way something is done in this office was always changing (as it should) however the communication with the attorneys' and their staff was not always concise which sometimes would confuse some of the employees and as a consequence not everything was done the way it should be done. Understandably once an attorney changed his/her way of doing things it was not always communicated down the chain, however, the employees would soon adapt. These challenges, although difficult, was good in that you soon learned the idiocrincracies of each attorney and the next time they did work on that particular attorney's files the employee would have that knowledge.
