Your coworkers is what makes the job, feel like a family
There's lack of communication, between the manager of the call center, employees and upper management.
It's an essential work environment open 24/7 ALL HOLIDAYS.
The job has to come first! You have no sick days. Any day you need off comes out of your 1 week vacation time.
