There is a lack of fairness and trust. Management seems to have favorites. Not much motivation or response for a job well done; especially is the management is not present on site. Merit raises are minimal no matter how well you perform.
Support from Management
The decision making process is solely done at the corporate office. Surveys are done to everyone but doesn't seem the inputs are heard.
