Very poor at helping you perform. I was just thrown into classes without training in any corporate manner and told teach this or that. Sure they gave you a book but no daily plan. If you happened to get a dailyplan, you were told it wasn't good enough and to right a better one. When you wrote a better one it was ridiculed.
Suggestions for improvement
- The company is closing nationwide. When a cooking school can't even keep the doors of it's own restaurant open enough said.
