Depends on the house and program you work in.
There no job cause the company refuse to have a union....
Suggestions for improvement
- They should look into complaints as a serious matter. Upper management should not share information among each other Training costs money
What I like about the company
I loved working with my individuals.apart from working with the individual nothing.
What I dislike about the company
They quick to get rid of staff. They don't care how long or time you put in the company. Upper management listens to much gossip and not the truth.
