Suggestions for improvement
- The way money is allocated for improvements. (It isn’t terrible, I just think there is room for improvement)

The company is consistently trying to improve training and the best care provided for the children by the use of technology but has also began using scare tactics and consistently removing items from classroom for "safety reasons" but not educating us asto what those safety reasons are. Management has a major lack of communication to the teachers who are the caregivers who make what the business is.
