Suggestions for improvement
- I would insure that all staff were trained in all areas of the field. I would show no favoritism to anyone, i'd have meeting and training give incentives to those who deserve it.
What I like about the company
in the beginning it was a wonderful place to work. I enjoyed going in daily and doing my job which could change at the drop of a dime what was needed either going to another classroom or driving the bus, cooking meals. the first few years this was not a problem but once friends of management were employed then if they didn't want to be in a room I was put out of my room and into another room that I didn't want to be in. over the ten plus years we had a lot of great directors who understood family emergencies and were concerned about the health and well being of family members as well as myself I was encouraged to go to school and work on my degree but when a new director came it became hard to leave the job to attend classes.
What I dislike about the company
the lack of communication, miscommunication were a big issue. I feel that if the people in management knew how to talk to others with respect this would help staff want to do more at work.
