A lot depends on the specific manager and there is an ebb and flow from leader to leader that is...bipolar.
Great team work as long as both team members can drive production individually...weaker links are cut quickly and without warning.
Level of Autonomy
Work comes at a rocketing pace...they never say "No" to new business regardless of wether or not current business is taken care of for the moment. It's all about the new deal.
