Company Culture

You are commended if you sell...shunned if you do not sell.

Support from management

A lot depends on the specific manager and there is an ebb and flow from leader to leader that is...bipolar.

Teamwork

Great team work as long as both team members can drive production individually...weaker links are cut quickly and without warning.

Freedom to work independently

Work comes at a rocketing pace...they never say "No" to new business regardless of wether or not current business is taken care of for the moment. It's all about the new deal.

Internal Communication

Communication is the weakest I've seen in an organization. The trickle down effect works if each layer of leadership passes along the message.

Gender Equality

Surprisingly, equality is the norm! They are good at being equal between men and women.

Attitude towards older colleagues

You will be hired. You won't have long unless you hit gold monthly.

Career Development

You will spend decades here without advancement. You may get several super star awards though!

Overall compensation for your work

Pay for performance culture. Bonus structure changes regularly.

Environmental Friendliness

N/A....there is a green initiative that is given lip service to appease the creative talent.

Work-Life Balance

There is none if there is work to be done. Work during home and vacation hours is the norm. See "Autonomy" above.

Company Image

Great image as that is their business...marketing.

Job Security

If you are a successful sales or recruiting associate then you're good. All others have zero stability at the leadership's whim.

Buildings are accessible, but you won't find associates with a disability working here.

Sales and recruiting. If you are AAA+ great at either then you will be challenged, otherwise, no.

Inclusive / Diverse

Young hot males and females are the normal hire. Non-models need not apply for client facing roles.

  • Increase and improve communication. Develop a successful a business model and stick with it. Aim, Fire, Ready doesn't work.

It's different every day.

No challenge, instability, a lack of understanding of how "good training" is designed and facilitated.
