Disregard for others beliefs and thoughts, but expect everyone to be sensitive to those that are homosexual.
Support from management
There is one person in the office to do anything, if he is out you have to wait on him. One doctor is NEVER in the office. Attitudes and talking about each other and supervisor does nothing when reported.
Might get help from other nurses every now and then otherwise you and your second nurse are alone. Shot clinic gets backed up and patients have 45 minute wait times.
This they do pretty well
Office / Work Environment
Very clean office, some rooms could be bigger.
Home drama is bright to the office all the time. Boyfriends calling to argue with a nurse. Telling all their business
Patients love the people, but as coworkers a fake front is put on because people are not so nice and talk about each other.
Lousy my job because I was beat up by a significant other and bruised all over. Couldn't come to work. They reflected my home life onto work.
Could be have better signage showing where office is. But not too hard to find.
Suggestions for improvement
- Don't be so cocky and arrogant. Stop talking each other
What I like about the company
I live the fast pace of the office. Also I handled to the second office in Burlington, so I got a change of scenery. There are some that are willing to teach you what you don't know and not team about you. Insurance team is awesome at what they do.
What I dislike about the company
Don't like the 8p.m. shifts on Wednesday. No flexibility in schedule. Didn't life the drama in the office. Also don't like when a doctor treats their nurse or staff like they are less than them and have bipolar mood swings.
