This company has micro-managing senior management style. Decisions, even small ones, must be made by the owner himself.
Support from management
There is no support from management regarding any issues that may arise. The company culture is governed by an iron fist.
They provide a great facade of promoting an environment of teamwork but it in reality it is negative talk and backstabbing that takes place behind closed doors.

There is no autonomy.
Communication flows through upper management and the truth is manipulated to fit their needs.

Overall compensation for your work
They pay well for certain positions but the treatment you recieve is not worth pay.
Office / Work Environment
Long hours and short breaks. Even salaried employees are required to clock in and out. I have witnessed poor and inappropriate treatment of fellow coworkers by senior management.
5 days of PTO granted per year. I was promised 1/2 day of PTO for every full weekend day that I worked. The employer has denied that. Make sure you get any offers and promises in writing before accepting any offers.
The reputation in the industry is a good product provider. Certain members of the executive management team have issues with alcohol abuse and force others to participate.
I received no training on OSHA compliance. My training was focused on sales and administration.
In my position it was constant lifting and moving of inventory. Packing and unpacking of products. You must be willing to work long hours, share accommodations sometimes up to three weeks at a time with other employees.
Inclusive / Diverse
Multi-cultural staff with many international employees. Female employees on work visas are not respected as equals and often endure ridicule and poor treatment from senior management.
Suggestions for improvement
- Provide a less hostile work environment. Stop ruling with an iron fist. Abide by the promises you make to employees. Put ego aside and learn compassion for employees who seek to better themselves.

There are some good people that work for the company.
What I dislike about the company
Upon leaving and providing a two-week notice I was denied payment of the balance of my vacation time even though it is outlined in the employee handbook that it would be paid. The cost travel expenses that were booked for me to take place three months in advance were deducted out of my paycheck. I left on good terms and provided a professional two-week notice of resignation to accept a higher-level position with a new company.
