This is one of Legacy major issues. They do not work in a limited of fairness and trust.

Managers, do not keep employees information confidential.

Attitude towards older colleagues
This s not available to the employees. Some employees that apply aren't even screened
Most manager will not even send employees to training or seminars when they have listed numerous times when submitting-review. They only send the ones they want.
Overall compensation for your work
All employees are not paid properly for there experience. Benefits are offered and paid on behalf of the company. Salaries are paid on time. This was going to be the first year they wanted to not pay the Salary employees because this is there Leap year for payroll. After numerous complaints were submitted they changed and decided to pay employees.
Office / Work Environment
All computers are up-to-date. The job site is a open environment with no privacy.
This company does not abide by and follow no fair trade law, EEOC, TWC
During certain periods some departments are not eligible to take vacation at the end of the year.
Currently, a lot of employees are speaking down on legacy due to upper management. Manager will be very disrespectful, back stabbing, and even your head leader will cuss out employees.
There have been several employee terminated for no reason.. There is no type of job stability. They will terminate employees while out on medical leave and even when they return. They don't care about being out of compliance. If they feel as if they can pay the employee a severance package for them not to report them to EEOC or file a law suit that's what they do.
Legacy has accessibility to tools and resources for disabled employees.
The company is in compliance with all of OSHA policies. They also have an accident-free work place.
Some employees take a lot of pride in there work and are very happy and pleased. Some managers will take credit for all the hard work the employees have done and have no clue of the employees job nor duties. They don't try and learn until after they are in the process of terminating them
Inclusive / Diverse
Legacy offer diversity, but don't practice what they train employees with.
Suggestions for improvement
- Be fair to all employees and treat them equal. Follow all laws by EEOC, TWC and envy other workforce laws.
What I dislike about the company
Legacy, need to listen at the employees and truly investigate the situation. Not just discipline the employees because someone don't like them and have told the manager incorrect information. HR doesn't even do an investigation. Then when an employee approach them about the action there taking, they will then Terminate the employee.
