Suggestions for improvement
- Be careful about grant funded jobs. Give employees more than a month to look for work when you don't extend or renew the grant.
Legacy has their "favorite employees" even if their "favorites" our poor performers and generate zero success for Legacy the can sit back relax and will never worry about job security . If you are not one of Leaderships so called favorites your chances of success despite the fact that you could be an a great asset to Legacy is minimal. Do even try to think outside the box or challenge a huge problem you face because the result will lead to your termination. If you like being told what to do even if it is wrong, then you will fit in perfect.
