Teamwork

Corp staff held the office together. Most techs lacked discipline and uncooperative

Freedom to work independently

Use of antiquated processes and machinery. Not accepting to change.

No career path

Overall compensation for your work

Little pay for amount of work consistently being added which may fall into a totally upgraded role. e.g. Admin taking on dispatcher, on-call, office ops manager...still being paid at admin rates. Goes for other positions too to take on multiple roles outside of scope of work.

Owners lacked knowledge to improve or did not assist with implementation

Work-Life Balance

work as much after hours as business hours. Opportunity to use service already paying for yet as answering service/escalations...paying for no value asset

Job Security

Budgeting is none existing hence it causes for layoffs at a higher rate.

What I like about the company

the office staff was great to work with outside of the owners. We worked together to get things accomplished without much assistance from higher ups

What I dislike about the company

Lack of leadership. Lack of knowledge to enhance and expand services. Unable to understand the ROI of certain enahancements, etc.
