Lack of communication, always texting you to go to places that’s too far away for what you paid for and the hours...

Suggestions for improvement

  • Backup numbers you can call when you have an emergency, only pick up shifts within 15 mins away from where you are, get paid salary or reguardless of client sending you home early or not

You get to pick and choose your schedule

Lack of communication, pay, don’t take very good care of their employees
