Suggestions for improvement
- Need more "team" atmosphere. Need more employee recognition. Very negative atmosphere. Departments against each other.
Company has a revolving door for management and does not care for nor respect production employees.
Company has continued to ignore employee concerns with air quality. With 40 welding machines running all day the shop fills with toxic smoke. They refuse to invest in any type of ventilation. They also refuse to maintain equipment. In 2015 a massive piece of equipment caught fire inside the building. It was large enough that it required 4 fire departments to extinguish. Employees were then forced to return to work the SAME day and sent to work inside the still smoke filled building. The company continually pushes employees to skip safety in favor of production.
