No, not at all. We put in a lot of time and effort, both physically and emotionally, as well as wear and tear on our cars, and the pay was not nearly enough for all that we were doing.
Office / Work Environment
Considering we were working in many different school settings, no. Most of the time we were either freezing or sweating. Some places were better than others, but it could be rough at times.

They value their personal work/life balance, but they seem to forget about their employees. Yes, there was pressure to put in more time, with little to no reward or recognition.
I was in the beginning. But things quickly went down hill for a variety of reasons. Poor management, lack of communication, and just and overall sense of people not caring about the work we were all doing.
No, it was not a stable job. Even when we work hard and try to do your best, we were all, unfortunately, easily replaceable.
It was challenging at times. And yes, I was proud of the work we were doing.
Inclusive / Diverse
Sometimes. But we were rarely taken seriously even when we gave strong input and new ideas on how to improve certain aspects of the company.
