So far my experience has been adequate. New information and procedures are thrown at staff and we have roll with it.

Suggestions for improvement

  • One change I would make is to revamp the office a paint even a simply coat of paint would make the office staff look forward to coming into work. As well as cleaning out so much of the glutter there is around the office. Even make the break room more inviting so people could actually eat there or have some sort of mental/health programs available.

What I like about the company

One thing is that our company everyday seeks to help the people in need facing hard issues. Our staff is filled with diversity and different perspectives which makes it an awesome place to grow mentally and career wise.

What I dislike about the company

There are times when different staff/attorneys do not communicate with other individuals about changing policies or what area of law we are now doing. Staff and attorneys often feel tense due to this miscommunication.
