No. Supervisors or upper management do not even acknowledge the employee. Just move on to the next job. Never a " job well done"

Decisions are discouraged. The target is get it done and when will you be done and how long will it take you. There are certain ways you do things and that is how you are suppose to do it.
Never had a team feeling. I do believe they were honest with me.
