Staff were split into those who were liked and could run amok and those who were disliked, targeted and bullied.
Suggestions for improvement
- Treat your nurses like humans, not like objects to be bullied and replaced.

Furloughing was extreme to the extent of losing $8,000 of pay in one year. Bullying and firing of over 200 "seasoned" RNs between 2012 and 2013. These RNs were replaced with new grads. We all were new grads at one time but why would you want nothing but them to run the units?? Aaah...to save money, of course.
