Classrooms are cold in winter, boiling hot near summer months...
no reward or sense of accomplishment. Not considered in hiring practice...
Suggestions for improvement
- Change of school board. / Union for substitute teachers / hiring practice based off of years subbing in the school district not who you know! Taking candidates for employment not based by popularity but strictly from time served. Eliminating the need for school board input and influence! Fair and balanced with no politics!!!
