No fairness. No trust.
Support from management
The partners were never on one accord . They were not interested in resolving conflict. Employees who did were not managers was given free reign to bully and intimidate other employees without any action being taken. They also were not flexible and only sensitive to some of their employees needs.
Freedom to work independently
Work was not evenly distributed, as management had no confidence in all of their employees.
Gender was not an apparent issue.
Attitude towards older colleagues
The older employees are the best. However they are not given the respect they deserve and are always contradicted .
Office / Work Environment
The office was comfortable.

- This company has a lot of potential, but until the leaders see it, they will continue to have a revolving door.
What I like about the company
We were paid every week and had a hour paid lunch.
What I dislike about the company
Management was never on one accord.
