Do NOT set realistic and achievable numbers or tasks they expect you to hit outrageous extremely high numbers with very little supports training or education absolutely do not involve the employees in any kind of decision making processes what's the weather at all and pretty much keep their employees in the dark about what's really going on within the company. Not trying to be negative or insult the company in any way okay I really did truly treasure working there and enjoyed working with my clientele but did not like the way that situations were handled.
Suggestions for improvement
- I think it's very important for the company to be 100% honest with their employees about the process and what the employees are doing for the client and for the company is very very important for them to be very upfront and honest about the long term goals of the company if the company is going under or not.
