- Start by treating your employees like human beings, and not like Guilded Age workers toiling in a sweatshop.

Located very close to my home
I dislike about the employer
Everything. Dont' plan on staying long. If the company doesn't think you're fast enough working in this sweatshop, they will set you up to fail, and you will be fired. The turnover rate is very consistent. Training classes are held once a month for new employees, averaging about 14 people for each class. In the three years since I was canned for being too old and not fast enough for them, they have been always hiring for new employees. I've never seen a turnover rate this high anywhere else. You are monitored constantly, and 'coached' constantly.
