The VP and CEO are great, but department managers are rude and only care for their agenda
Support from management
They tell you they will give you tools to succeed, but don't. All talk, no action.
Coworkers on your level are awesome.
Freedom to work independently
When I started working yes, however it changed to more men being promoted and few woman. And yes, there were plenty of women who deserved the promotion.
Good training program.
Overall compensation for your work
Different departments are paid on varying scales for the same work completed. Some additional skills set you back in pay so doing more pays you less.
Office / Work Environment
It is often burning hot or freezing cold. And spiders crawl on your desk all the time.
They say family is important, but often deny time off requests for family events.
Positions are being cut all the time, so it's go somewhere else or tale a demotion. They also fire employees often for no apparent reason.
There is always something new to learn, that is if they let you.
Inclusive / Diverse
Small choices are often left to votes by all employees.
Suggestions for improvement
- Quicker turn around to answering employees questions/concerns.

What I dislike about the company
