Suggestions for improvement
- I think the partners should have been more involved with all their departments. Our department was set back in a corner and we never got a chance to see them accept at Employment events that I mostly put together. Sometimes they would show up, give us a speech, and then leave to go to their separate functions for "upper management".
What I like about the company
They were not a bad company when it was Lenox Advisors, but NFP bought out Lenox Advisors and now they're just a subsidiary of NFP
What I dislike about the company
I didn't like that if you were one to two minutes late you were penalized even if there were trouble with the train systems. I never once received a write up but was fired for taking too many breaks according to the Operations Manager. She made a lot of false accusations and I would never want to work there. The may was minimal and I struggled to pay my bills when everyone else in the office was having the same difficulties except for the Operations Mgr. and Director of the Dept.
