Management will force you write down goals that are unachievable and bully you about why you are not reaching goals until they can force you to resign rather than create a team that can reach intense goals in a postitive environment.
Suggestions for improvement
- You will run yourself out of business if you do not value your employees. Especially those that have been great and long term assoiates that share ownership in the operations they end up being treated like dirt.
