Suggestions for improvement
- There needs to be more consequences for not following procedures
No support at all. One day your working on a project then the next day you're being told to drop everything as your priorities have changed.
Team lead does not function as a lead.
None. I dont see any career growth here.
None. Bad execs planning.
None. It was a trap.
All of it. That is why there is a lot of turn over in this company because they dont respect and value their employees.
As a temporary employee you were treated as junk. As a full time employee you were treated as better junk. There was a feeling of acceptance when hired on as a FT worker, but by then you were expected to be perfect or the consequences were awful.
They don't take suggestions very well. There were times when it was obvious something wasn't working and they would say they promise to come to some kind of compromise that they never followed through with. They're procedures were not set in stone and they was a lot of conflict because of it. They don't have a designated person to train so everyone learns differently. They hire temporary employees during busy times when no one has time to train and expect these new temps to help. It was way too little pay for far too much stress.
