Suggestions for improvement
- A restructuring of company policy and administration starting from the top would be best, but unlikely. Corporate seems a cult of personality that is unwilling or unable to change with the times.
What I like about the company
I enjoyed educating employees and customers (that were receptive to it).
What I dislike about the company
Low pay, makes it difficult to get quality employees, corporate has a strangle hold on store management (latest was to shut down employee scheduling at store management level), corporate ignorant to employee needs. 12 hour work days without breaks rule rather than exception. Any complaints or criticism is met with short, patronizing responses, aggressive shut down, or none at all. Half-pay for overtime.
