Suggestions for improvement
- They need to start over with new leadership. Our executive team is worthless and overpaid. For what each memeber is collecting, there’s no reason to be so ineffective.

Good work-life balance
Upper management has many meetings about plans to improve, but does not follow through long enough to see any real change. Then goes back to old way of running the business until next “exciting, new” plan is put in place for another 2 months. No action behind smooth talking.
