For the size of the firm, the pay does not reflect that of the 8th largest law firm. Our pay is the lowest in the industry
Suggestions for improvement
- Tough question, if management would be open to hearing what the current and former staff say and feel they would know what needs to be fixed. By not listening or valuing the staff, they show their lack of respect the staff. To many talented staff leave disgruntled and word of mouth has damaged the firms ability to add qualified staff.
