HR department discriminates against middle aged and older women employees.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Senior two members of HR management cannot be trusted and clearly discriminate against middle aged to older women workers.
Suggestions for improvement
- Replace top two HR mgmrs.

Some of the employees are nice.
I dislike about the employer
Self righteous attitudes. Poor pay scale. Aggressive union representation.
