- 01. Improve communication. 02. Move company events to a location that employees can actually attend. 03. Address staffing issues. 04. At least match the 401(k) contributions, or improve other benefits. 05. Stop the nepotism and cronyism. 06. Build some actual teams so there can be teamwork.
