Suggestions for improvement
- I think they could retain employees betters with a higher entry level and continuing hourly rate.
I like about the employer
They try to keep in touch by taking survey periodically regarding work factors (e.g., implemented a "Year of the Paralegal in 2015)
I dislike about the employer
I'm a little old school and prefer separate earned vacation and sick time. I don't think they provide enough paid vacation and sick time.
