Support from management
Management puts up a good front at first. But then show their true colors. Your personal issues don't belong there, they don't want to hear it.
I had a great team lead, and team that we all helped each other and worked great together.
Freedom to work independently
As long as your stats are EXCELLENT they leave you alone.
You'll never get the same answer from 2 different team leads.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Seeing as I was there the longest on my team, I was expected to meet daily/weekly/monthly metrix. But when they change as often as they did, it was not an easy task.
Overall compensation for your work
Mr Heath does give a nice end of the year/holiday bonus.
Office / Work Environment
As long as you don't have to share a desk it's good.
Everyone is pretty friendly from the start
They start out saying they care and work with you. But in reality is all buisness, they don't care about your personal issues.
Not as great as they seem
EVERYONE IS EXPENDABLE
There have been a few employees with service animals. No ramps though
Metrix change MONTHLY. Almost impossible keeping up with all the changes
Suggestions for improvement
What I like about the company
I loved the people I worked with
What I dislike about the company
I've never worked where the metrix are CONSTANTLY changing as much as they did at Lexington
