Suggestions for improvement
- The most important thing would be more staff. Then PTO and sick pay should be given back to employees.
What I like about the company
A great learning environment. I learn new ways of teaching everyday.
What I dislike about the company
We are offered no PTO, no sick pay, and enough attention is not paid to employee needs to keep things running smoothly.
