Company Culture

Maxim is to sweep problems under a rug until they are too old to be addressed or can be blamed on another individual.

Support from management

Supervisors quit for other jobs asap. Throw lower employees "under the bus." Horrible leadership

Freedom to work independently

Excessive blame games

Challenging Work

Impossible assignments and nurse to patient ratios are commonplace. Very discouraging workload and threats in place for failing to cover /disguise that reality.

Inclusive / Diverse

Very clique oriented, you have to join a "group" to survive.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Be willing to import agency personnel to prevent bad employees from dominating the company's daily operations.

What I like about the company

Nothing really. It is the most unethical place I have ever seen.

What I dislike about the company

They are without conscience with regards to residents and employees.
