Support from management

No one will listen to your recommendations or take complaints serious.

Overall compensation for your work

Wages are good but benefits aren't. Insurance is to high and they make you take it out. No 401K or paid time off unless you work there for 1 year and then they regulate when you can take vacation

Suggestions for improvement

  • Listening to the workers and not promise things that you can not keep.

What I like about the company

Nothing.

What I dislike about the company

Upper management does not listen to the line staff
