What I like about the company
LPS allows you to get your foot in the door to plastics and aesthetics.
What I dislike about the company
The training is very disorganized and poor. You must be self motivated if you want to learn. Most training is done by reps from the companies providing products.
You are met with many expectations to work hard but there is no incentive. You will work overtime and you will not be compensated. Surgery cases have ended as late as 9pm.
The practive is run to cater to the best interests of the surgeons, not the patients or employees.
There is very poor communication among management and they are not always supportive of the staff's needs. Very disorganized.
