Lexington pays well for the industry.
Office / Work Environment
Lighting was very poor. I had to bring a desk light. Office was very small, no windows, small - could not hold meetings in there.
Work life balance was non existent. Rotating weekends were excessive. Holiday schedule was not a fair rotation. I had difficulty getting time off for medical appointments.
The buildings present well.
I felt stability
I am 100% in my job performance. Lexington does not focus on any jobs that are well done.
Inclusive / Diverse
Diversity is supported 100%. I felt I was a minority
