Minimal motivation from the company
Suggestions for improvement
- Have employees gather for fun events more often. Snacks are not a proper motivation esp after merit increases were slashed across the entire staff.
What I like about the company
benefits/vacation compensation is competative - I would not say that about the salary.
What I dislike about the company
Upper management doesn't allow full annual/merit increases yet they expect more and more of employees without giving them proper motivation and compensation.
