Suggestions for improvement

Compensation package is nice.
No leadership from senior management, easily distracted and impatient, can't keep on plan, constantly changing directions, blame culture. senior management does not understand complexity of the company and systems.
For most part there is a collaborative environment where everyone is pulling in the same direction.
A lot of training available. There is no correlation b/w merit/competence and promotions.
If you stick around too long, your pay will start to lag the industry.
this depends on the manager and some expect 8a-6p office presence irrespective of whether you are working or not.
