Suggestions for improvement
- I would flatten out the management structure. I had five different management levels. Much time was wasted on busy work paper work to keep all the levels happy instead of growing the company.
What I like about the company
The majority of people I encountered during my ten years there were nice and well intentioned. They were just bound bu corporate rules and red tape.
What I dislike about the company
I disapproved of the upper management who were brought in from the outside and not promoted within. They only cared about increasing the stock prices, not building the company.
