You did get recognized for years of service and rewarded for jobs well done.
Support from Management
Management would listen to ideas but if it wasn't benificial to them directly it hardly received consideration.
The team if employees I worked with got the job done no matter what. However, the turnover rate for the company was a revolving door right before I left.
Meetings were taken seriously off and on. Really poor on communicating with employees and service to equipment.
