Level of Autonomy
Plenty of autonomy because of M.I.A upper management.
Lot's of lack of communication between upper management and the store.
Other Store Managers were treated better by upper management.
Company believes in high turnover of employees, so no advancement.
Plenty of time at work and no time for a life.
Store location is in questionable area.
