There was a lot of mistrust with the management team by the staff. The new for a long time they had unhappy staff and was very slow or would often dismiss feedback. The Culture of the Corporate office was much better. The local NC office- needed improvement.
Support from Management
There was a lot of listening to one person who had experience in the program before. Leadership wasn't as open to ideas and experiences of other managers as they were here. They did set some unrealistic targets and were out of touch with the nursing staff.
