No. There is only commission with Liberty National some other insurance companies do pay a salary for a certain amount of years or until you have good client base.
Not really it is an on going competition with the office employees to see who can make the most sales.
Inclusive / Diverse
If you choose to work for Liberty National you need money to blow due to the extreme cost of gas and materials. You never know when you walk into a business if they are a client or not. Commission only. Extreme miles on personal vehicle. You never know when you have an individual that is on the do not write list until after you have spent the time to go to their home to update policies. If you have a family it is great to be able to take the kids to school but the day is not over until about 9pm. It is a great job if you have a spouse/parent that can support your expenses and car repairs the first year. If not be prepared to go broke unless you have many contacts that are willing to buy insurance from you. Never share potential clients with anyone in the office including owner or they will go behind your back, sign them up and you lose the money. The people can be really nice other than that. You get to meet some really great people but the job is not a guaranteed paycheck
