No culture. It's their way or the highway.
Support from management
No support. Lots and lots of conference calls about "what we can do to support" but it's all just talk
When your on the road, you're on your own.
Freedom to work independently
Absolutely none. They will call you and monitor your progress with intrusive decision making.
No constructive communication.
Everyone is treated the same, unless your gay.
Attitude towards older colleagues
They don't hire older employees.
No career development. You think that the harder you work, you'll get promoted, but you aren't.
Overall compensation for your work
You are compensated alright, but not with money.
Office / Work Environment
You have an office, if you ever work in there. They have you on the road a LOT.
When you start, your personal life and family are 4th in a line of company priorities.
The company is all over the news in Virginia. Take time to look them up before you decide to make the trip to be interviewed.
Absolutely none. Once they feel like you screwed them over, you WILL BE interrogated and fired for having an opinion.
Never seen any.
They do not care, nor do they track safety issues at the office.
Dealing with immigrants can be demanding. But with mandatory conference calls and cheesy updates from your managers, you can't get anything done.
Inclusive / Diverse
They try to make it feel diverse by hiring gay employees.
Suggestions for improvement
- I have no suggestions for this company nor it's management.
What I like about the company
They impressed me with the amount of money they "seemingly" spent on me to get me hired.
What I dislike about the company
Drama, non-professional work ethics and high school mentality, company operational guidelines that change all the time, company cover ups, inner company investigations that have NOTHING to do with the job.
