- Get rid of CEO. Compensate your Heath advisors better. Treat your employees like human beings.
What I like about the company
The other employees are great people
What I dislike about the company
They work you like a dog. Expect overtime. If you have a family they don't care. You are not important. Completely customer focused company. They allow customers to berate you and if you say anything they immediately write you up. You are treated like a call center employee, not like a professional with an advanced degree or licensure. Most importantly YOU ARE EXPENDIBLE and they will cut your throat at the drop of a hat!!!
