- Hire diligent workers, those who appreciate the company and do not have a large criminal background. Train supervisors on how to manage a team of different personalities and qualities. Offer more sales training and consistent call volumes. Have more appreciation for your employees.
I like about the employer
Flexible hours, no point system if you need to take off for medical
issues. Allowed me to take 1 week off when I first started from an accident.
