Suggestions for improvement
- Hire diligent workers, those who appreciate the company and do not have a large criminal background. Train supervisors on how to manage a team of different personalities and qualities. Offer more sales training and consistent call volumes. Have more appreciation for your employees.
What I like about the company
Flexible hours, no point system if you need to take off for medical
issues. Allowed me to take 1 week off when I first started from an accident.
What I dislike about the company
Extremely Competitive sales
Hire anyone, therefore a lot of people working for the company. One was a sex offender, another had been charged with Attempted Murder that was dropped to felonious assault, many of them would do drugs in the back of the building. Bathrooms were utterly atrocious. If someone put a febreez in the bathroom, others would steal it. Inbound got lunch ordered for them daily, outbound would rarely get to order in. At one point, the company hired around 25 people then a week later, their leads fell through and they fired all of them. Terrible management qualities as well. One supervisor in particular was very argumentative, very abrasive. I would not recommend working here unless you are not willing to stay for longer than 1 year.
