Last position I held had poor leadership. I was it provided any training and given huge responsibilities but not enough resources to do my job
Suggestions for improvement
- Better upper management leadership with improved ability to treat employees well.
What I like about the company
I had many opportunities to hone my social work skills
What I dislike about the company
Did not get raises and poor mileage reimbursement. Worked long hours I was t compensated for.
