Support from Management
There isn't any positive leadership. Upper management and the directors promote stress, unfair judgement of others. Take ideas from lower management and uses them as if they were their own. Gives no positive feedback even when a job is well done. Their negativity trickles downward which creates and mimics a very undesired working environment.
What I like about the company
I enjoy the morning Team meetings that includes fellow team members from the other departments. I enjoyed the problem solving that was done within the team that helped so many lives. Being around the participants and their families were satisfying to see them have the support they wouldn't have if it weren't for the LP mission/Team
