Suggestions for improvement
- Have incentives to award employees with cash.
They want new, younger, PRN staff to do the same thing a tenure employee does, and cut their hours to the lowest they can!! Cheaper labor.
It started out as a great facility; then Medicare changes came about, and staff was being cut hours; 4 new administrators from the original, who started it in 1999, and ended in 2006..
